The background of the built in shadow box is interchangeable (by pulling the frame out of the wall and putting in a new background). A solid color or a mirror would be a nice touch!

Carpets

All the carpets in the house have been freshly shampooed. The living room/hallway carpet is not in new condition, but it is very durable.

The master bedroom carpet is due to be replaced. It has wrinkles and is tattered at the doorway. 😢 The other two bedroom carpets are in good shape.

Nothing takes the bite out of winter like an attached heated garage with an automatic garage door opener. Electric floor heat keeps an even temperature even with the door opening and closing. No more scraping ice and snow off your windshield or getting into a cold car to begin your day. You'll love it! There's plenty of room for a workbench and tools as well as for yard and garden equipment. Storage in the crawlspace under the laundry room is great for seasonal items or that unfinished project. The five windows of this well insulated and finished garage make it an excellent space to start garden seedlings. The organic kitchen garden is right outside the back double doors.
