Covid-19 and the Stay-at-Home Order

Real estate transactions are legally exempted from the stay-at-home order issued by the state of Minnesota. Real estate is an essential service because shelter is a basic human need along with food and water.

That doesn't mean business as usual. It means taking extraordinary precautions to help protect everyone's health and safety.

Real estate by nature can be transacted more safely than activities like buying groceries, taking out food, or making a trip to see your doctor. The risks of living can never be completely eliminated, but with the safety protocols that are being put in place we may now be taking part in the least infectious real estate transactions in history! 😊
